Hi there,
My organization has been using the End point security with 15 license. everything was good till there came the issue of network adapter on endpoint security client. The network adapter shows in device manger but not in network connection. I have even tried to uninstall and install the network driver but none of them were effective.Even tried the regedit config file deletion.
Finally, uninstall the checkpoint client from that PC and now it's normal. But, its not the solution we can depend on. So, is there any other solution other than uninstalling the endpoint client.

Hello,

What version of client and Widnows is installed on affected computer? There might be a known issue with some builds of Windows 10 and Endpoint Client. In case it is Windows 10 version - please open support ticket in order to get the fix.

Thank for your concern.
The client version we are using is E80.64(8.8.255). And is this problem the known one.
All other PC running Window 10 are running fine with the checkpoint client till date.
