Struggling with Reports in R80

I am struggling to get some URL filtering reports created in R80.10. I just want to create a user investigation report. Where they went, how long they spent there, the applications they used, etc. So far functionality seems limited and a little flakey.

Any guides, guidance, assistance anyone can point me to ?
