Please fix the snx to not check for tun kernel module. It is integrated into kernel now.

I second this request.

SNX does not work on stock Ubuntu 10.04 because the tun module is compiled into the kernel.

As an FYI - I recompiled the Ubuntu kernel (setting CONFIG_TUN=m) and SNX works fine with the resulting kernel.

Much simpler workaround is just to tell the insmod that tun is ok.
Add the following to /etc/modprobe.conf or equivalent:

install tun /bin/true
