this Mac runs just fine until i install the VPN and connect. Once a connection is made and closed and shutdown i can no longer surf the internet nor can i connect to a local mapped SAN or get to any wireless print of devices on the local network. if i change the DNS for the system to Googles 8.8.8.8 then i can surf but still not get to any local devices.

I have done rebuild from scratch now 4 time to verify it is the VPN creating the issues, i was running Endpoint_Security_VPN on a MAC BookPro which i lost in a fire without any issues, on this new macAir it is an issue and i have spent over 5 hours with apple and ISP's as they were pointing fingers at each other with no results which led me to erasing the drive and starting from scratch.

I am having the same problem.
1) Install E75 for Mac.
2) Connect with VPN over wireless,
3) Everything works fine as long as the VPN is up.
4) Disconnect VPN.
5) Try to access the LAN and the WWW.
5) UDP is still working (at least for DNS), but TCP and ping all fail.
6) Pull-down menu -> Show Client -> Status reveals this:
| Your computer is protected according to the organizational policy.
| VPN = Disconnected
| Firewall = Enabled.
The client firewall should NOT be active when the VPN is disconnected!

Pull-down menu -> Shutdown Client does now change the symptoms.
The only thing that does work is to go back in to Downloads,
double-click on EPS_VPN_Mac_E75.dmg and then the Uninstaller.

Everything is back to normal after the Uninstaller runs.

Advice: Install EPS_VPN_Mac_E75 when you need it, and uninstall
it as soon as you are finished using the VPN.

Most frustrating!

Same here. The problem is after Disconnect it leaves the file /etc/resolv.conf without changing back the routers name server. Thats a bug.

So while connecting with OfficeMode it changes /etc/resolv.conf to set the gateways DNS server. But unfortunately it doesn't change it back after disconnecting.

One workaround for me, is turning WLAN off and on.

Too bad.
