Some users in our organization are getting the following error when trying to connect to our gateway (R70) using SecureClient software.

"Token Login: Failed to retrieve KeyHolder"

After a while i found out that this error related to the password of the user on the local Laptop.

for exmaple, when i installed and configured secureclient the users password was X.
after a month the user changed the password to Y and he got the error above.

Does anybody knows how to solve this problem?

Change the password back to x.
We have same problem with certificate auth and when user change domain passwd somewhere else than users own pc this happens. Certificate is stored in ms cert storage (?) and that is encrypted using the passwd and if it is changed elsewhere it is not updated to storage.
